High school soccer team raises money for The Brady Urological Institute to honor their coach, a Hopkins alumnus
In September 2016, Randy Dase, A&S '76, missed one of the most meaningful games of his 30-year career as coach of the Towson (Md.) High School boys soccer team. Dase was receiving treatment for prostate cancer at the Johns Hopkins James Buchanan Brady Urological Institute, and his players worked with their athletic director to donate one game's proceeds to benefit the institute during National Prostate Cancer Awareness Month.
