There is plenty of free parking and the hotel is located overlooking Lake Kittamqundi and just across from the Mall in Columbia. Breakfast and lunch are included in the price of admission; catering by Waterside restaurant. We’ll also feature special session breaks by the Pearl Spa and handmade items will be on display and for sale by MotherMade, one of our community outreach partners.#JHUWIB

Help Make a Difference!
As part of the WIB’s mission of supporting and empowering women the Affinity will be collecting professional clothing and accessories for the Dress For Success organizations of Baltimore and Washington, DC. Please consider donating new or gently used professional clothing to assist disadvantaged women entering or re-entering the workforce. Please bring clean clothing on hangers if possible. All donations will be collected on site the day of the conference and distributed post event between the Washington, DC and Baltimore organizations.
JHU Women in Business Affinity is also partnering with Mother Made Baltimore, a cooperatively operated social enterprise in which low-income women make and sell custom designed, environmentally friendly products as a means to empowerment. Their belief is that when businesses are economically, socially, and environmentally responsible they ultimately promote social justice.
