Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble logging into the alumni email system here are some quick ways to try to fix the problem:
  1. Please make sure you are going to outlook.com/alumni.jh.edu and NOT https://alumshib.johnshopkins.edu/idp/Authn/UserPassword.  When you go to outlook.com/alumni.jh.edu it will redirect you to the alumshib page but you must make sure that you log into outlook.com/alumni.jh.edu first. 
  2. If you are receiving error 8004789E please clear you cookies/cache, exit out of all open web browser and try again by going to outlook.com/alumni.jh.edu.
  3. Please do not bookmark the page, if you are trying to log in from a bookmark it will not work.
