Zoe Fraade-Blanar & Aaron Glazer biography

Zoe Fraade-Blanar and Aaron Glazer are the cofounders of Squishable.com Inc., a manufacturer and e-commerce retailer of crowd-sourced designer toys. Zoe's work focuses on the rising importance of fan communities on both society and commerce. She is an adjunct professor at New York University's Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP), where she teaches courses on fan sociology, and serves as a consultant in the effects of technology on the media at the Carter Journalism Institute at NYU. She is a graduate of the Whiting School of Engineering, Johns Hopkins University. Prior to becoming CEO of Squishable, Glazer worked in business research and analysis, coauthoring a series of groundbreaking quantitative studies. He is a frequent guest lecturer at the Yale School of Management and at New York University, and holds a B.A. and M.A. in History from Johns Hopkins University, with a minor in Writing Seminars. They are currently at work on their first book, SUPERFANDOM for Norton.
