Ward Miller Biography

Ward Miller is the USAID Office of Foreign U.S. Disaster Assistance (OFDA) Team Leader for East Asia and the Pacific and has been with OFDA for a little over ten years.  Prior to OFDA, he spent three years with the American Red Cross and eleven years as a staffer for a US Congressman working primarily on defense and VA issues. He has Masters Degrees from the London School of Economics (NGO management) and the University of Arkansas (History).  Undergrad at the U of SC (go Gamecocks!)
