Ruben I. Gonzalez, Strategy and Operations, Deloitte Consulting LLP
Ruben is proud to be a Deloitte professional, serving clients in the United States Government. He joined Deloitte Consulting LLP in October of 2009 after working at BAE Systems as a National Security Consultant. At BAE, Ruben supported clients with program management and program assessment and evaluation.  Before BAE, Ruben worked at Apple first as a Mac Genius, and later in Apple’s World Wide Government Affairs office as the Latin America Government Affairs Coordinator.

Ruben is passionate about community and service, which is demonstrated by his commitment to improving access to quality schools. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for Hope Community Charter School, an Imagine School located in Washington DC. Originally from the Chicago Suburbs, Ruben graduated in 2007 a Buff and Blue Colonial from the George Washington University where he studied Political Science. Louis Gresham, Consultant, Deloitte Consulting LLP, Strategy & Operations
Louis is a Strategy & Operations consultant in Deloitte Consulting’s Federal practice. Louis has served as a GovLab fellow since January 2011; in this capacity, he has served and led several teams and initiatives designed to develop new Deloitte service offerings and enhance existing capabilities. His prior tenure at Deloitte includes over two years of financial management and business process redesign experience, during which he has led and contributed to solution development and implementation efforts to drive process improvement. He has conducted environmental assessments, developed tools, procedures, trainings, and policy documentation, facilitated client workshops, and evaluated enterprise financial performance. Prior to joining Deloitte, Louis completed a Bachelor’s degree in English at Yale University, where he founded and a student transportation business that is now a university service.

Paul Krein, Federal Office CTO, Deloitte LLP
Mr. Krein is a senior technology & business advisor in Deloitte’s Office of the CTO.  He leads Deloitte’s Federal Cloud, Post-digital Government and Trends in Technology activities.  As a Specialist Leader in Deloitte’s Technology Strategy and Architecture practice, Mr. Krein advises clients around innovation,  the business impacts of technology, and the role of the CIO.  

Mark Scrimshire, Chief Instigator and Co-Founder of HealthCamp Foundation
Mark Scrimshire is the Chief instigator and Co-Founder of HealthCamp Foundation – a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering Health Care Engagement. He is also a Health and Social Media Technology Consultant and active blogger.  As HealthCamp’s Chief Instigator, Mark drives the conversation around the reinvention of health care on a participatory model that uses social networking, open standards and the latest Internet technologies to deliver more effective care of our health. Mark has been delivering strategic technology and business process solutions to major organizations for more than 20 years. A veteran of international business and the global consulting industry, Mark has undertaken many challenging assignments.

Shrupti Shah, Director, Deloitte, Govlab
Shrupti is a performance management and public policy specialist with 15 years of experience in the public and private sector. Her specialized knowledge has been sought by Governments, International Labor Organization, World Bank and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Shrupti leads GovLab on behalf of Deloitte Consulting LLP’s federal government practice in Washington DC. GovLab works closely with senior government executives and thought leaders from across the globe. GovLab Fellows conduct research into critical issues and emerging ideas shaping the public, private and non-profit sectors. Through exploration and analysis of Government’s most pressing challenges, GovLab seeks to develop innovative yet practical ways that governments can transform the way they deliver their services and prepare for the challenges ahead. Prior to joining the federal practice, Shrupti was a director in Deloitte UK’s strategy practice where she led a program to design and develop a strategy function at a UK Government Department; helped another client in its efforts to develop a diagnostic tool to measure and improve innovation in public sector organizations; and led a study into where non-profit organizations can bring comparative advantages to the delivery of Government objectives. Shrupti also advised a Government in the Arabian Peninsula on its strategy for private sector ‘Emiratization’ (Labor market policies to influence the size and makeup of the private sector labor force) and supported another Government in the region on the development of its social policy and welfare programs. Prior to joining Deloitte, Shrupti was a senior Civil Servant at the UK’s Department for Work and Pensions where she led an innovative pilot that engaged employers in the design and delivery of employment training programs. At Her Majesty’s Treasury, Shrupti led the UK’s Public Service Agreement Framework, described by the UK’s national Audit Office as a system that “puts the United Kingdom among the leaders in performance measurement practice.” Shrupti has also served as a National Expert for the European Commission, where she oversaw European Social Fund (labor market) programs with a total budget of $10bn. Shrupti holds degrees from Oxford University and the London School of Economics. She completed her training at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard.
