Smedinghoff Showdown: Multi-City Celebration

Join fellow JHU alumni and friends to celebrate Anne Smedinghoff's life! The Class of 2009 is urging classmates, alumni and friends to come together to endow Anne's memorial scholarship by their 10th Reunion in April.

Anne joined the Foreign Service after graduating, and while aiding women and children in Kabul, was killed by a suicide car bomber. The scholarship established in her name will go out to a student with the same passion to serving others overseas. In the six years since her death, no Hopkins student has received this scholarship, so we are hoping to raise $40,000 to complete the endowment.
