Adrian Rich Bio
Adrian is a partner in the Corporate Governance & Compliance and Emerging Companies practices at Palo Alto law firm Dorsey & Whitney, LLP. He has over a decade of experience advising early stage companies and investors alike and has been a trusted advisor through every stage of a company’s development including formation, financing, acquisitions and public offerings. He has extensive experience with private and public securities offerings, university and competitive licensing, strategic arrangements, joint ventures, incubators, and fund formation. His work also includes more than ten years of specialized experience representing life sciences companies.
