Fina Biosolutions LLC was founded in 2006 by Dr. Andrew Lees to capitalize on expertise in bioconjugation, specifically in the area of protein-polysaccharide conjugate vaccines. Fina Bio offers methods development, laboratory training and consulting services to emerging market vaccine manufacturers to assist in the production of affordable conjugate vaccines. With a well-equipped facility of about 5000 sq ft and a scientific staff of 8, FinaBio now also provides products and services in a variety of related areas including protein expression, purification and characterization.
Fina Biosolutions also produces and distributes vaccine related products such as the carrier protein CRM197. We also produce functionalized dextran polymers for in vitro applications. Our expertise in characterizing protein-polysaccharide conjugate vaccines is applied to ensure quality carbohydrate polymers.
