The Office of Alumni Relations will be closed for winter break beginning Monday, 12/23/2024 at noon, and will reopen on Thursday, 01/02/2025 at 8:30am ET. Please refer to a list of common end-of-year questions, here.

(A minimum number of participants is required to operate the program.)

Cancellation Policy

Prior to June 24, 100% refund
June 24 – July 8, $665 per person will be refunded.
July 8 – July 24, $385 per person will be refunded.
After July 24, 2014, no refunds will be made unless registrant finds a replacement.

Participants must contact the hotel directly for its cancellation policy.
