Tajarin (egg yolk-rich tagliolini) with butter and sage
Pollo alla Cacciatora ("Hunter's chicken with pancetta, capers, tomatoes, garlic, onions, and white wine)
Torta Gianduia (flourless chocolate hazelnut torte)
