Upon returning to the United Statees after managing an Ebola case management center in West Africa, Kaci Hickox changed the public health response to Ebola by challenging an in-home quarantine court order by the State of Maine, which was ultimately determined unconstitutional. During her presentation, she will talk about her many experiences in Global Nursing.
