Registration will include a prix fixe Basque-style menu with various selections of meats & cheese, tapas/small plates, wood-fire grilled meats served with vegetable accompaniments, and of course dessert. Non-alcoholic beverages will be included for each guest but any other drinks will be at the discretion of the diner.
