Kick off Alumni Weekend with an up-close look at JHU’s new student entrepreneurship initiative, FastForward U. Meet the staff leading this work, learn about the vision for Hopkins’ entrepreneurial ecosystem, and hear directly from students about their innovative ideas and ventures while connecting with other Hopkins Entrepreneurs.
FastForward U is Johns Hopkins' hub for student entrepreneurship and innovation. Serving freshmen to post-docs from all JHU schools, FastForward U offers:
- Competitive funding opportunities providing grants between $500 and $10,000 to help students to test ideas and build ventures
- Educational and social events that build community and provide skills for success
- Innovation hubs that give students dedicated space to explore ideas build ventures
- One-on-one guidance and mentorship via staff and our extensive network of experts and experienced entrepreneurs
