Alumni Weekend General Information

Welcome Tent & Registration

Begin your Alumni Weekend experience at the Welcome Tent! Check in, pick up your complimentary gift, and grab any information you’ll need for the weekend.

Location and Hours

Location: Decker Quad, next to Mason Hall 

Open Hours:  

Friday, 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. 

Saturday 8 a.m. - 12 a.m.

How to Register

Enter Your Information

  • Enter your name and select “Find Me.”
  • If you see no records, click “Continue” to proceed.
  • Provide your details and click next.

Add Guests & Select Events 

  • Register all of your guests (regardless of age).
  • Choose the events you and your guests wish to attend.
  • If registering a young child and no child price appears, contact us to adjust.

Receive Confirmation 

  • A confirmation email with your full schedule will be sent before the weekend.

During Alumni Weekend

  • Online registration remains open.
  • Explore the “Who’s Coming” list to see classmates and friends attending. Alumni have to opt in to being shown on this page, so if your name is not listed but you are registered, you did not opt in. 
Refunds and Deadlines

Refunds will be honored on or before  April 10. After that date, refunds will no longer be processed. 

Registration Rates

Online rates increase on April 16 ($20 per person, per food event). This fee also applies to on-site registration at the Welcome Tent (on Decker Quad).

Getting Around Campus

Parking

Free parking is located at the South Garage, located beneath Mason Hall (3101 Wyman Park Drive, Baltimore, MD 21211). The first floor is reserved for Golden Jays (51st reunion and beyond), 50th Reunion attendees, and ADA parking. All other floors are open for general parking.  

All elevators and stairwells in the garage provide direct access to Decker Quad, where the Welcome Tent is located. Additional parking is available at the San Martin Garage (3500 San Martin Drive, Baltimore, MD 21218). Shuttles will be available from both garages to help you get you to your destination on campus. 

Shuttles and Golf Carts

Complimentary campus shuttles and golf carts with drivers will be available to help you get around campus with ease. Shuttles run on a continuous loop around campus, and special shuttles will also be provided for select off-campus tours. 

Golf Cart Hours 

  • Friday: 8 a.m.–8 p.m. 

  • Saturday: 8 a.m.–10 p.m.

Dietary Meals

To request dietary accommodations and/or restrictions, contact [email protected] by April 10.

Photography

Johns Hopkins University will be photographing Alumni Weekend 2026 events and participants. The University reserves the right to use these photos in JHU publications and communications, both digital and print. Please contact the Alumni Weekend Office in advance if you object to being photographed for these purposes.   

Campus & Tour Shuttles

Homewood Loop

Harbor East Loop

Homewood Loop shuttles provide continuous services around the Homewood campus, stopping at key locations for easy access to event venues.

Days & Hours of Service:
Friday: 8am - 11pm
Saturday: 7:30am - Midnight

Stops include in this order:

  1. Mason Hall/South Garage
  2. San Martin Garage/West Gate
  3. Homewood Field/Schelly Pavilion (access from the Colonnade)
  4. Bloomberg Student Center (across from The Study)
  5. Back to Mason Hall/South Garage

Special Stop

  • School of Education (Friday only, 3:30pm - 6:30pm)

Frequency:
Two shuttles run continuously on this route. One shuttle will arrive at each stop approximately every 10-15 minutes.

Harbor East Loop shuttles provide continuous service from Harbor East to the School of Medicine to Homewood, stopping at these key locations for easy access to event venues.

Days & Hours of Service:
Friday: 8am - 11pm
Saturday: 7:30am - Midnight

Stops include in this order:

  1. Baltimore Marriott Waterfront (around the corner from Four Seasons in Harbor East)
  2. School of Medicine
  3. Mason Hall/South Garage
  4. Back to Baltimore Marriott Waterfront

Frequency:
One shuttle runs continuously on this route. One shuttle will arrive at each stop approximately every 30-45 minutes.

Special Tour Shuttle

The School of Medicine Loop shuttles provide direct, continuous service between the Harbor East hotels and the School of Medicine campus.

Days & Hours of Service:
Friday: 8am - 11pm
Saturday: 7:30am - Midnight

Stops include in this order:

  1. Baltimore Marriott Waterfront (around the corner from Four Seasons in Harbor East)
  2. School of Medicine
  3. Back to Baltimore Marriott Waterfront

Frequency:
One shuttle run continuously on this route. One shuttle will arrive at each stop approximately every 10-15 minutes.

Homewood to Hollywood:
Pick up at Mason Hall
Thursday, April 16
Leaves at 6:30pm

Evergreen Museum Tour:
Pick up at Mason Hall
Friday, April 17 & Saturday, April 18
Leaves at 10:30am

Historical Baltimore Bus Tour:
Pick up at School of Medicine
Friday, April 17
Leaves at 11:00am

Peabody Library Tour:
Pick up at Mason Hall
Saturday, April 18
Leaves at 10:00am

Frequency:
Shuttle to the tour and back to pickup location.

Please note: Shuttles operate on a prompt schedule and cannot be held for late arrivals. Guests who miss their shuttle will be responsible for arranging alternative transportation.
