The Johns Hopkins Alumni Association honors alumni who made the ultimate sacrifice in U.S. combat duty since 1975 with a commemorative plaque in Gilman Hall on the Homewood campus. To propose a name for consideration, please complete the form below.

Eligibility Requirements

For individuals to be considered for the Johns Hopkins Alumni Military Memorial, they must have graduated from Johns Hopkins University. The Johns Hopkins Alumni Association defines Johns Hopkins alumni as those individuals who have received a formal degree from Johns Hopkins University, including Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctorate degrees. 

Certificate holders, CTY alumni, Peabody Prep alumni, and post-baccalaureate attendees are not considered alumni of the university by the Johns Hopkins Alumni Association. Additionally, medical residents and post-doctoral fellows from any Johns Hopkins school are considered former faculty/staff and are also ineligible.
