Patricia Isennock, MS, BSN, NEA-BC, RN-BC, MCHES

Patricia Isennock is dedicated to empowering MedStar Franklin Square communities to achieve and maintain their optimal level of wellness.

As Manager of Community Health Improvement at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, Patricia oversees population management, community benefits and health education programming. She facilitates the Hospital Community Outreach Committee, and is responsible for the community benefits report to Maryland’s Health Services Cost Review Commission.

As a Hospital liaison for its communities, Patricia participates in committees and advisory boards for several organizations, including the Southeast Area Network, Young Parent Support Center, and Healthcare for the Homeless – Baltimore County.

Patricia has presented community collaboration techniques for the Association for Community Health Improvement Association and the International Nursing Administration Research Conference. She recently described the Nurse’s role in community benefits at the National Magnet Conference for the American Nurse Credentialing Center.

Patricia received a B.S. in Nursing from the University of Maryland in 1977 and a M.S. in Community Health Education from Towson University in 1983. She is a ANCC Board-certified Nurse Executive, Advanced and Community Health RN and is credentialed as a Master Certified Health Education Specialist by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.
