Alumni Weekend 2020 is Friday, April 24 through Sunday, April 26.



All students, alumni and guests are invited to participate in all activities.

How to Register: Registering is easy! Register online at, fax your completed paper registration form to 410-516-6858, or mail it to Reunion & Homecoming Office, The Johns Hopkins University, San Martin Center, 2nd Floor, 3400 N Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21218.

Registration Confirmation: If you register online, you will receive confirmation via email. Mailed and faxed registrations will receive confirmation via mail. Confirmations for registrations received after April 8 will be included with your registration materials at the Welcome Tent.

Upon Arrival: When you arrive to Homewood Campus for Alumni Weekend, be sure to check in at the Welcome Tent on Decker Quad, adjacent to Mason Hall, to collect your registration materials. Your name badge will serve as your ticket to most events, except the Homecoming Lacrosse Game and the Orioles Game. Those tickets can also be picked up from the Welcome Tent. Lacrosse tickets will be at the Welcome Tent until 12:45 p.m. on game day; at 1:00 p.m. they will be available at the tent by the steps of the Newton H. White Athletic Center, adjacent to the stadium. When parking to collect your registration materials, please use the South Garage under Mason Hall. Don’t miss collecting your hat and mug at the tent, quantities are limited.

Alumni Weekend Welcome Tent Hours:

Friday, April 24, 10:00am – 10:00pm

Saturday, April 25, 8:00am – Midnight

Registering On-site: Onsite registration will be available at the Welcome Tent adjacent to Mason Hall throughout the weekend. All on-site registrations will be charged an additional $10 per person, per event.

Registration Deadline: Online registration closes April 17. All registrations made or received after April 17 will be charged an additional $10 per person, per event.


We regret that because of obligations to our caterers and vendors, no refunds will be made after April 3, 2020.

Meal Requests

When you register, you will notice a Dietary Restrictions question on the first page of the registration form. Please be sure to mark your request, or requests of your guests, there. If you need further assistance, call our office at 410-516-5185.


Friday: Free parking at the South Garage (under Mason Hall) 11:00am-1:00am. Additional free parking will be available after 5:00pm on the lower two floors of the Muller garage, just off San Martin Drive.

Saturday: Free parking at the South Garage (under Mason Hall) 7:30am-1:00am. Additional free parking will be available after 7:00pm at the Muller upper deck and garage off of San Martin Drive. Parking is also available at the San Martin Garage (off of San Martin Drive) for $8.00. Shuttle service will be available from all lots.

All parking locations are handicap accessible.

Getting Around Campus

For the convenience of our Alumni Weekend guests, complimentary campus shuttles will be offered Friday, April 24, 11:00am – 1:00am and Saturday, April 25, 7:30am – 1:00am. Shuttle stops include all designated parking lots, the Welcome Tent, the Inn at the Colonnade and all event locations. All Reunion shuttles are handicap accessible. There will also be golf carts and drivers to help you quickly move across campus.

Photography Notice

The Johns Hopkins University will photograph events and participants. Please be advised that JHU may use photos taken during the event for JHU publications in print and online, fundraising materials and other non-commercial purposes. Please contact our office at 410-516-5185 or if you object to being photographed for these purposes.
