In celebration of Johns Hopkins SAIS' 75th Anniversary, join fellow alumni and welcome John Hopkins SAIS students visiting Japan for their second Student Trek to Japan for a New Year’s Gathering at Nakameguro Taproom, Naka-Meguro GT Plaza C-Tower 2F. Kami-Meguro 2-1-3, Meguro-ku.

Kent Calder, Vice Dean for Faculty Affairs and International Research Cooperation, director of the Edwin O. Reischauer Center for East Asian Studies and a guest of honor, will make remarks on Today’s US-Japan Relations at the beginning of party.

The restaurant is owned and operated by Bryan Baird ’94 and John Chesen ’95. Admission (to be paid at the event) for alumni is 6,000 yen per. Please kindly be reminded that of the 6,000 yen, 4,000 is for dinner, drinks and the additional 2,000 yen is to support the admission of Second Japan Trek students.
