You don’t have to be a billionaire philanthropist, give up your day job, or wait for retirement to make a difference in the world. We all want to make the world a better place, but with busy, demanding lives, most of us struggle with the where, when, and how. Dr. Jordan Kassalow, founder of VisionSpring, the groundbreaking venture that has restored eyesight to millions of people across the globe, has the answers. Along with his co-author, Rabbi Jennifer Krause, this webinar will explore practical ways you can turn thought into action to make a meaningful difference in the world starting today.

Have you ever wanted to see the moon up close? Well here's your chance! Join fellow alumni and friends for a dinner and discussion during which we explore the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter Mission which just celebrated it's 10th anniversary. Michael Pryzby, Engineering '09, was the Spacecraft Systems Lead for the mission and will give us an inside look into the mission itself, share results on the science performed and the importance of it for future lunar exploration. He'll also be sharing some very cool videos from the science team offering a fly-by shot of the moon.

We'll begin the evening with check-in and networking before sitting down for a delicious 4-course dinner with wine pairings while Mike share's his out of this world story with the group.
