Before coming back to join us for Alumni Weekend 2012, take a look at some information to help you through this
exciting weekend.
Alumni Weekend Welcome Tent
Pick up your registration packet at the Alumni Weekend Welcome Tent located on the Decker Quad, adjacent to Mason Hall. Saturday check ins, please note: glass mugs are NOT permitted in Homewood Stadium.
Parking
Friday
Free parking will be available at the South Garage 7:30-1:00 am Tell the attendant that you are an Alumni Weekend guest. Additional free parking will be available after 5:00 pm on the lower two floors of the Muller garage, just off San Martin Drive.
Saturday
Free parking at the South Garage 8:00-1:00 am. Additional free parking will be available after 6:00 pm at the Muller upper deck and garage. Parking is available at the San Martin Garage for $6. Shuttle service will be available from all lots.
Getting Around Campus
For the convenience of our Alumni Weekend guests, complimentary campus shuttles will be offered Friday, May 4, 1:00 pm-1:00 am and Saturday, May 5, 8:00-1:00 am. Shuttle stops include all designated parking lots, the Welcome Tent, the Inn at the Colonnade and all event locations.

All Reunion shuttles are handicap accessible.
Dietary Needs
With advance notice, we can accommodate requests for kosher or vegetarian meals. Please contact the Reunion Office at 410-516-5185 no later than April 20.

Babysitting is available for a fee through either of the following agencies. When calling, please identify yourself as a Hopkins alum.

Photography
The Johns Hopkins University will photograph Alumni Weekend 2012 events and participants. Please be advised that JHU may use photos taken during the weekend for JHU publications in print and online, fundraising materials and other non–commercial purposes. Please contact the Reunion Office in advance if you object to being photographed for these purposes.
