Alan Shapiro

Alan Shapiro is Professor of Classics and W.H. Collins Vickers Professor of Archaeology in the Department of Classics at Johns Hopkins. A fluent German speaker, he has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Munich and has lectured at more than a dozen German and Austrian universities.
