The Penn Club of New York

The Alumni Association has affiliated with the Penn Club to provide Johns Hopkins alumni with a home in which they can socialize, network, and conduct business in New York City. All alumni are able join the Penn Club as affiliate members, giving them access to the fine the network of other Penn Club members and the fine facilities of the clubhouse in Manhattan.

The Penn Club of New York has once again been named a Platinum Club of America—recognition for being one of the top five-star private clubs in the United States. The Penn Club is also ranked Top 10 Best city club across the United States and is the top ranking city club in New York City. The clubhouse is conveniently located near Times Square, Grand Central Station, and Bryant Park in Manhattan. The Penn Club's interaction with New York's Ivy League clubs allows its members to network and mingle with groups from Cornell, Columbia, Harvard, Princeton, Williams, and Yale, further enhancing the sense of community among like-caliber individuals.

Membership Eligibility

All alumni of Johns Hopkins University are welcome to join the Penn Club of New York. Spousal membership is also available, and is contingent on the graduate joining the club as a primary member.

Membership Dues

Membership dues are based on age and follow the fiscal year (July 1 to June 30). The initiation fee is a one-time entrance fee and the annual dues are pro-rated to the month you join the club. Please add the New York sales tax (regardless of your location) of 8.875% on top of the sum of your initiation fee and dues (all in U.S. dollars).

Member of the Class of 2010, sign up before June 30, 2011 and your initiation fee will be waived.
