Did you know that more than 100 alumni of Johns Hopkins live in Turkey? Many of us are graduates of SAIS, although all Johns Hopkins divisions--from Nursing to Peabody to Engineering--are represented. Typically, they work in government (e.g., foreign service, treasury, foreign trade), media, international business, banking and finance. Of course, there's one thing we all share: a connection to Johns Hopkins.
Currently, we are planning a farewell event in Istanbul in early June for Robert Evans, the Director of the Bologna Center. In addition we will continue to have informal social gatherings before we break for the summer.
