Alumni Email Migration - Browser Issues

Currently some versions of Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox have reconfigured certain display settings visible in Exchange online mail environment, impacting mail options necessary for migration settings.

1. If you are reporting this issue, please follow the steps below to enable your mail option add-ins within your respective browsers.

2. In the upper right hand corner of the Alumni Account Browser window, click on the ‘option wheel’ icon.

3. Toggle down to "manage add-ins".

4. Click on "add a custon add-in".

5. In left hand side of browser window, see new bump out menu, to toggle down to click and expand “mail” options

6. From here, you can find the “connected account setting" and can follow the remaining steps 5 -10
